After years of working in the cell phone service industry I witnessed first hand that my customers were far more capable than the industry would have them believe. I see the same thing happening in this internet management world. Tons of jargon and ambiguous "we got you" language in an attempt to not worry you. Only to cause more problems when the consequences of turning down certain services have more ramifications than you could have possibly realized. I just think honesty is a better path.
